This research was conducted with 5,000 consumers in January 2015 by independent business market research agency, Redshift Research. 500 male and female adult consumers from 10 countries (Australia, Brazil, China, France, Germany, India, Japan, Russia, the UK and USA) were interviewed on their shopping habits via an online consumer panel. This report will explore the key lessons for retailers towards to succeed in a changing retail market driven by consumer interest, supported by data collected from global consumers.
